What we cannot help with
We cannot help with orders. Order status, shipping, damage in transit, billing, returns, refunds or cancellations for any product mentioned on this website are handled entirely by the seller. We hold no order records and have no access to their systems. Those requests must go to the seller through the contact channels on its official site and on your order confirmation.
We also cannot advise on a specific bird, nest or garden situation. If you have found an injured or orphaned bird, contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator or your local wildlife agency rather than writing to us — they can act and we cannot. We do not offer legal, financial or veterinary advice either.
Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and substantive replies follow as quickly as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during business hours in Western European Time, which may not overlap with a full US business day — email is usually quicker for readers in North America.
